Located in Europe’s largest grass covered building, Rheged is home to nine individual shops and 3 cafes which reflect the best of the region, including taste food hall, mountain life outdoor clothing shop, Toys and Splash out for brands such as Joules, Seasalt, Noa Noa, Ren and Dr Haushka.
Rheged also has an indoor soft play, outdoor play and a Create pottery painting workshop, not to mention the largest 3d cinema screen around! Our new Gallery on the top floor has a changing programme of art, photography and craft exhibitions and during every school holiday, we host a programme of children's events from mad science shows and family theatre to craft and dance workshops.
Start-rite shoes arrive at Rheged from 4th February!
The Start-rite range will cover pre-walkers to a large sizes and everything from school shoes and boots, to wellies and trainers. We’ll even be offering flip flops and sandals for the summer!
Come and have your child’s feet measured with our shoe fitting specialists and for any purchase of Start-rite made in the February half term week and we will give you a free pair of cinema tickets to see Nanny McPhee!

Where is Rheged?
Open every day from 10am – 5.30pm with free parking, free entry to the centre, a 24/7 forecourt, plus conferences facilities, weddings, fairs and festivals!
