Perfect for anyone who struggles to switch off at night and wants to try to improve their sleep habits and also for those who just want to relax. We will look at some gentle, relaxing postures, aimed at slowing down the breath and the heart rate, as well as some breathing techniques that can aid in bringing the body into a state more conducive to sleep. The class includes a free Neal’s Yard Remedies Night Time Remedy to roll (worth £8)
