Yoga for Runners
This beginner friendly yoga class will focus on stretching to benefit runners. Over the 6-week course of 1.5-hour classes we will work on stretching out the parts of the body that runners ‘usually’ struggle with as well as focussing on our breath to help the mind find some stillness. This class can be used as a great cross training exercise or incorporated into a cool down.
