Yoga for Beginners
The perfect course for those who feel like they would like to give yoga a try, but don’t feel like they want to go straight into joining a ‘normal’ class. Perfect for all levels of fitness, we will be covering some of the more common postures and sequences of movement as well as a gentle introduction to some breathing and meditation techniques. Over 6 weeks we will build your knowledge and confidence, so that you will be ready to be released into the wonderful world of Yoga.
