A faster paced style of yoga, this class allows us to strengthen and stretch the whole body whilst finding some stillness in the breath. We link the movement and the breath to create a flow, moving mindfully from one pose to the next making this a perfect class for those who want a cardiovascular workout as well as looking improve their flexibility, increase strength and develop a practice that can help free the mind. Ideal for those with some yoga experience (not necessarily vinyasa), but beginners with a base level of fitness are also welcome.
Some yoga experience or a good level of fitness desirable, but not essential.
