John le Carré – An evening with George Smiley

John le Carré – An evening with George Smiley

In aid of Médecins Sans Frontières / Doctors without Borders (MSF)

Live from London’s Royal Festival Hall, join us for a unique celebration of John le Carré’s work as he discusses the full breadth of his career, and reflects on the continuing story of his most famous creation, the tubby, bespectacled spy, George Smiley.

Featuring readings from his new novel A Legacy of Spies, and a rare question and answer session, this will be an unmissable opportunity to experience the author and in his own words.

For those unable to make it to London’s Southbank, the event is being broadcast live to cinemas across the UK, including Rheged.

Café open from 5pm. Please call our Box Office on 01768 868000 to pre-book a table.

Please make any enquiries about interval times by calling the Box Office during the week leading up to the show.
