Find your balance
This 6-week course is a great step for those of you wanting to deepen your yoga practice, improve your upper body strength, or just try out something new and challenging. Focusing on arm balances in particular, we will work on improving our upper body and core strength as well a learning the key tips and tricks to make getting into these poses a little easier. As good balance requires a calm and quiet mind, we will also be practising some simple breathing techniques and meditations to help us find some stillness.
Intermediate yogi or good base level of fitness required
