Create a cane topper for your garden with Clare Farley of Pinfold Pottery

Create a cane topper for your garden with Clare Farley of Pinfold Pottery

In this hands on workshop, you will learn how to shape and form a hollow ball in clay, about the size of a tennis ball, and then decorate it with your own design to make a garden cane topper. The toppers will then be fired and glazed by Clare with a selection of her own glazes at her Pottery. They can then be collected or returned to you. In addition to their functional use, the (frost-proof) Cane Toppers will make a beautiful sculptural addition to any border.

Clare Farley owns and runs Pinfold Pottery, based near Penrith. She makes beautiful planters and sculpture for home and garden settings. Clare has exhibited widely including, amongst other events, the prestigious Hampton Court and Tatton Park RHS garden shows and Potfest at Penrith and Scone Palace near Perth.
