Join professional head chef Scott Fairweather from the The Black Swan at Ravenstonedale and Richard Bracken, wine sommelier from Grapevine, previously from Askham Hall, for a Cumbrian 3 course meal matched with the perfect wines.
Scott will showcase some of the best Cumbrian produce in his three course menu.
