An inspirational weekend dedicated to all things photographic.

Now in its fourth year, this show is the only one of its kind in the North and offers the chance for anyone with an interest in photography and video to hear talks from some of the UK’s most inspiring photographers and filmmakers. You can get your hands on the latest gear from leading manufacturers, as well as the opportunity to view and buy a fantastic range of landscape and wildlife work.

Tickets include access to inspiring exhibitors expert-led talks in the theatre, exhibition from Cumbria’s leading camera clubs, lighting talks and demos, and show programme.

NEW FOR 2019 – Kase Filters Demo Workshop
11am & 2pm on both days

This FREE workshop in the beautiful setting of the Lake District offers the opportunity to try out Kase’s top quality range of ND filters and graduated ND filters along with the K8 Holder and circular polariser. If you’re interested in Landscape and/or Seascape Photography, these are essential to create eye catching images and set them above the rest.

All you need is your camera, tripod and yourself there, Kase will have their talented Ambassadors on hand to show you the filters in action.

'T' is for Textiles has been postponed until further notice. 'T' is for Textiles is a new exhibition showcasing the best in contemporary textile art across the North and Scotland. Featuring work across a diverse range of styles and techniques, the exhibition also touches on the textile heritage of the North.

Matthew Bourne’s Red Shoes

Matthew Bourne’s 5-star production of The Red Shoes is inspired by the 1948 Powell and Pressburger film of the same name, and won two Olivier awards when it premiered in 2016. It’s a tale of obsession, possession and grief and one girl’s dream to be the greatest dancer in the world. Victoria Page lives to dance but her ambitions become a battleground between the two men who inspire her passion.
