shine awards

We recognise our success depends entirely on our staff, and there are some staff that go above and beyond what is expected of them during the course of their work. So, we've introduced the Shine Awards to recognise and reward shining stars within the company.

Staff are encouraged to nominate their colleagues they feel show an outstanding commitment to their work. We have chosen awards that really matter to us as a business and the winners of each award are presented with £500 at the Christmas Party.
