- 7.00pm A glamorous red carpet welcome awaits! Be greeted by the evening’s stilt walking host and feathered show girls.Be welcomed into our Moulin Rouge themed venue and offered a Parisian Crème de Cassis, Gin and Vermouth cocktail
- 7.30pm Enjoy a delicious four-course Cumbrian Christmas dinner, including coffee and chocolates
- 9.00pm After dinner, marvel at our cabaret showgirl and trapeze circus swing act featuring dancers direct from the Moulin Rouge itself!
- 9.30pm Await the prize presentation of the The Parisian King and Queen,then dance the night away!
- 1.00am Bar closes and guests depart into the night
TO START
- Roasted parsnip and sherry soup topped with a gruyere croute
- Ham hock, cured smoked bacon & fresh thyme terrine with a chilli tomato marmalade
- Honeydew melon and raspberries fan of melon with a fresh raspberry syllabub
- Hot smoked salmon served on a potato and chive salad with a lemon and caper dressing
MAIN COURSE
- Slow roasted breast of turkey with chestnut and herb stuffing, chipolata and a rich gravy
- Roast Galloway beef from our own farm with a port wine and stilton sauce and Yorkshire pudding
- Chilled ballontine of sea trout accompanied with balsamic and dill dressing
- Wild mushroom and garlic mille fuille with braised leeks & herb salad
DESSERT
- Christmas pudding served with a brandy sauce
- Clementine and cinnamon spiced cheesecake with a mango coulis
- Frosty chocolate tart with black cherry sauce
- Farmhouse cheese served with grapes, celery and cheese biscuits
